How to Purchase a Print

All the images on this site are available for purchase in several sizes.

All are printed on Epson Ultra Premium Lustre paper using Epson UltraChrome K3 pigments to ensure archival quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t like the print when I get it, or it’s damaged in transit?

We try very hard to package our prints so that there is no risk of damage. Should a problem occur, simply return it to us. We will happily provide a replacement print at no cost to you when we receive the original print.
If the print does not live up to your expectations, every customer has a 30-day free trial period. Upon receipt of the original, we will happily refund your money, less shipping costs, or provide a replacement print.

Can I buy a print from you that is already matted and framed?

Not at present. It is our experience that individual tastes and preferences are so varied that we would need to become a framing studio in order to satisfy everyone. By purchasing a mat and frame in your own locale you have a much better opportunity to find both colours and frame styles that match and compliment your own décor.

Are there any special considerations we should keep in mind when we frame it?
We strongly recommend that you purchase an acid-free mat or a “rag” mat and conservation glass or UV Clear Acrylic. This will ensure that your print remains as beautiful as the day you purchased it.

I already have an 11” x 14” frame that I’d like to use. Can you produce a print to fit it?

We can, but we don’t. When the image is visualized and shot it is almost always in the 2:3 ratio that you see in our print sizes. This is the same ratio as the camera’s sensor. Cropping into another shape alters the visual dynamic of the image. This is rarely beneficial and sometimes destructive. Only in very rare cases do we print to fit a pre-existing frame.

Will my print be signed?

Due to multiple customer requests, prints are now signed on the front. If the customer wishes, a print can be signed solely on the back.
